With an IaaS for Medical™ Solution your practice can migrate to a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI); that will reduce your costs, increase your productivity and make all of your staff IT happy!

CONVINCE ME

We will manage the entire transition process between your current IT provider and ourselves. In 90% of cases we can provision your entire IT system with all of your applications and data on site without any direct involvement with your current provider(s). This allows you to remotely test our IaaS for Medical™ system right up until the installation date without treading on anyone’s toes.
We build our IaaS for Medical™ systems on site, and give you remote access to test all features prior to the install date. This allows us to make sure 100% of your applications and procedures are running perfectly prior to installing live in your practice. We will happily work with your practice on an installation date that suits you. We are more than happy to deploy systems over a weekend, public holidays, or out of your practice’s operating hours. Our goal is to make the transition as seamless as possible for our clients.
All of our IaaS for Medical™ packages come with a free support period. This varies depending on the size and requirements of each install, however it would normally be in the vicinity of 2 weeks after the live installation of the system. This gives your practice the chance to fine-tune any applications or procedures that may be required. It also allows doctors and staff to access our help-desk to have remote access software setup on their home laptops, desktops and other devices.
All IaaS for Medical™ packages come with an amount of included support and maintenance for your practice. Every license includes 10 minutes of support. For example a 20 license IaaS for Medical™ package would receive 3 hours of included support and maintenance each month. This will be more than enough to cover all of your medical and software updates, new software installs and general day to day maintenance.
No up-front costs for our IaaS for Medical™ package is just another reason that will make the transition to us that much easier. We are so confident that you will be 100% happy with our system that we offer it without any up-front costs or 􀀀 xed term contract.We do not require your practice to sign-up to our IaaS for Medical™ package for any fixed period, giving you piece of mind that you are not ‘locked-in’ to a contract.
